The CR1402L plate is a plate designed to accomodate larger culture volumes & replace 250ml flasks, offering an efficient solution that provides better mixing and is easier to handle. It is typically used in combination with covers CR1202/CR1202a and clamp CR1801h.
Other characteristics of the plates:
- Single use (non-autoclavable)
- Square wells of 80 mm deep, which are slightly rounded to prevent foaming
- Volume per well: aprox 230ml
- Typical shaking conditions: 180 rpm/50 mm, or 225 rpm/25 mm
- Packed in boxes of 4, individually wrapped/sealed in polyethylene foil
