Polystyrene grey square 24-deepwell microplates with a transparent bottom
- CR1424dh:- 24-deepwell microplates made of pure (no additives used) polystyrene
- Recommended culture volume of 2.5ml
- Sterilised by gamma irradiation
- Has a transparant bottom and thus suitable for use in the Growth Profiler
The CR1424dh plate is a plate made for use in the growth profiler to accurately measure at higher ODs than the standard equivalent: the CR1424dg. Using this plate will give more accurate measurements at OD 10+
Other characteristics of the plates:
- Single use (non-autoclavable)
- Square wells of 17x17 mm, 40 mm deep
- Volume per well: 11 ml
- Typical shaking conditions: 225 rpm/50 mm, or 300 rpm/25 mm
- Packed in boxes of 8, individually wrapped/sealed in polyethylene foil
